Directions:All cross stitch is done with two strands of DMC thread. Outline apples with white and the quilt stitch on the blue borders between the patches of quilt are done with two strands of white also.
The design outline on the pottery pieces is done with two strands of DMC 930.   All other outline is done with one strand of DMC 838. On the quilt patches the sections with no symbols are done with half stitches of the opposite color of the cross,i.e. If the square background is red and the cross is white the little"v" or (half stitches) at the edge of each cross is done with background color.
